Paul Saleba

Paul Saleba is an urban real estate developer who has lived in Worcester, Massachusetts most of his life, or since his family migrated to the United States in the summer of 1972. Raised on Grafton Hill, with an affectionate love for his hometown, he has helped develop over two hundred (200) residential and commercial units, from new construction to total-gut rehabilitation projects.

In 1992, Paul Worked as the Vice President of Marketing and Acquisitions for Wellesley Management Company out of Boston, MA. After his tenure, and venturing on his own, he continues to create upscale affordable-housing, with remarkable attention to Avant-garde detail. His passion for finding fantastic, eclectic, and sound projects seems to be his driving force. For over fifteen (15) years Paul has immersed himself in every aspect of real estate development. Evolving from a Sales Agent, to an Appraiser, to a Project Manager and eventually onto a Builder, he continues to stay involved in every facet of real estate Management.

In early 2000, Paul renovated his first Historical property located at 41 Pleasant Street, in downtown Worcester. A twenty-three thousand (23,000) square foot splendor built by our very own nineteenth century resident, Elbridge Boyden. Incidentally, Mr. Boyden was the Architect and Designer of our world famous Mechanics Hall. Now with 1511 Main Street clearly set in Pauls sight, this old woolen factory (known on the historical register as the Ashworth and Jones Mill) was built in 1870, is the next ambitious development soon to grace the outskirts of our glorious city.
